Reiki is energy-based stress reduction and relaxation technique using the placement of hands just above or lightly upon the body. Clients are lying down or comfortably seated, fully clothed during the treatment.
For those under cancer care treatment, Oncology Reiki addresses cellular level health and is recognized as complementary care in the medical field.
Reiki Level I, III & III practitioner training programs are available.

The Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based guided meditation from a lying down or seated position. Meditation deeply relaxes the body-mind. Yoga nidra also addresses common illnesses, chronic diseases and trauma including PTSD. Effortless mediation that everyone can do.
